To train qualified researchers in the fields of Science and Engineering, to organize the development and effective execution of training programs required to train individuals with scientific and technological knowledge and skills, to contribute to raising the quality of education in all existing programs especially in the fields of specialization in agriculture and animal sciences, to encourage the opening of new programs and the production of outputs to increase the welfare of the society by taking into account the social needs and national and international developments.
