When Will the Dates ofApplication Be Announced?

Answer: Numberof students to be admitted to graduate programs and the qualifications requiredfor the candidates are announced before each semester after the resolution ofthe institute board as per the suggestions of institute's departmental academicboards, after being approved by the Senate. This announcement states the datesof application, eligibility conditions for application, the places and dates onwhich the candidates will be interviewed. 

Untilwhen do I reserve the right to register in postgraduate programs ? 

Answer: Asper the SIU Regulations on Postgraduate Education, thecandidate students who have succeeded in entrance exams, the names of which arelisted under the announcement made by the institute directorate inconsideration of the quota reserved for the relevant educational program; haveto submit the information and documents requested from them to the directorateand carry out their final registration procedures within the timeframespecified on the announcement. Those who fail to register until the datesspecified on the announced schedule are deemed to have forfeited their rights.

Do Ihave to renew my registration each semester ?

Answer: You haveto select courses and thesis subjects each semester during the course stage andthe dissertation stage, using the student information systems within thetimeframe specified on the academic calendar.
